we" or "us") Web site (the "Site").

With this in mind, Tie & Track Systems provides this Privacy Statement
to highlight our policy with regard to the use and privacy
of information we may gather through your use of this Site.

request that a Tie & Track Systems representative contact you, you will
be required to register with the Tie & Track Systems Site. In order to
register, you must provide certain personally identifiable

etc., on a page that will request such information ("Contact
Registration Page"). If you are unwilling to disclose
this information in connection with your registration, you
will still be able to access those portions of the Site
available to non-registered users of the Site, but you may

2. Use of Personally Identifiable Information; Opting
Out.
Tie & Track Systems is the sole owner of the information collected on
this Site. We will provide required information as necessary
to those responsible for updating and maintaining the Site,
some of whom may be Third-Party providers. We will not sell
or rent this information to unassociated Third-Parties.
We use the personally identifiable information that you
provide on your Contact Registration Page to provide you
with relevant or requested information or notices, to improve
our service, and for any other lawful purpose, except as
limited by this Policy. We do not, however, share personally
identifiable information with unassociated Third Parties
without your consent unless for some reason it becomes necessary
to do so to comply with applicable laws, valid service of
process, or to enforce the Terms of Use.

later change your Contact Registration information or choose

Once we have received your request to remove your profile/registration,
an email confirming that you have been removed will be sent
to you ("Opting Out"). If you Opt Out, you will
no longer receive such information from us.

provide to us in connection with your registration on the
